PARK Concessions Director - Annual 2023

PARK is run by volunteers and we need your help!

We are looking for a new Concessions Director starting immediately.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Point of contact between sports directors and Park Board
• Create a concession shift schedule for home games and other events
• Create and maintain an inventory of concession items
• Work with Communications Director to facilitate volunteer sign-ups
• Use volunteer scheduling tools to fill concession shifts
• Coordinate with Treasurer for needed cash boxes
• Purchase food and supplies pertaining to concessions
• Clean and maintain concessions equipment
• Attend monthly PARK Board meeting - 1st Thursday of the month
